You will need a diagnosis from a Physician to be treated for Physical therapy. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Bills may be submitted for insurance reimbursement for an out of network provider for physical therapy services or may be applied towards your deductible. Please check with your provider for reimbursement questions for coverage.
